If you create a new menu item then create a bug report http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?group=denemo&func=additem for it attaching the files MyCommand.xml and MyCommand.scm (where MyCommand is the name of the command you have created). These two files are found in .denemo-<version>/actions/menus/.../the menu you have created your command in. You can add some background about the intended use to the bug report.
