You changed the properties of the staff that the music was being
mirrored from, but not those of the mirroring staff - the stuff at the
start of the mirroring staffs at the bottom has stayed as it was in
your template (ie with a 3/4 time signature). 

The simple-minded rule would be that you can't use mirrored staffs as
templates (unless all the staff information - time and key signatures
and clefs - stays unaltered). This needs documenting. 

The practical thing to do is to get the staff properties editor (Alt-
Return) and edit the Voice Directives->Substitute Music directive,
where the prefix field holds the clef, time and key). Replace \time 3/4
with \time 4/4 and you are done.
