This is warning you of possible, but unlikely problems, and in this case your problem is not to do with using the newer LilyPond version. > I must be doing something wrong. yes, you have a custom score layout belonging to some earlier score - I suspect you created this score using "File->New from Current" and that keeps custom score layouts. This is a bug which I noticed for the first time yesterday (!) - New from Current should delete custom score blocks as they will refer to movements, keys, time signatures etc which do not apply to the new score. I'll be fixing that today I hope. Even more remarkably, while looking at your score I came across a serious bug in the "File->Reload Score" command - in some circumstance (I think continuous typesetting) using it crashes Denemo. I've fixed that and will be committing the fix today. Anyway, with your score delete the custom score layout (View->Score Layout) and all will be well. Richard
