Details:
In Windows 10, when I arrange the staffs in the display window with the menus
showing, when I hide the menus the staffs are still in the same positions, but
when I show the menus again, the staffs are misplaced. See attached, before
hiding menus, after hiding menus, and after re-showing menus.
