just create a shortcut for the command
Command: Even Up the Staffs
Appends empty measures to any staffs that are too short.
Location: Object Menu ▶ Movements
Internal Name: EvenOutStaffLengths
It would be good if this were included in the Paste command - as a workaround
paste this in the Scheme window and create a palette button or command for
it.
