Follow-up Comment #1:
The problem here is that the version number of Denemo hasn't been updated
recently, so your menu system hasn't had updates merged (via the "Keep
shortcuts etc" dialog on startup). The bug itself has been fixed - the command
was also in the wrong menu, since it applies to all measures in the movement,
while the Measures menu is for commands affecting the current measure. The
version is about to change to 2.6 when this will get resolved for you.
