Update on the installation:

libfluidsynth2 is not in the Ubuntu repositories, but it is in the Debian 
repositories. After a 
simple search, I found it here:

https://debian.pkgs.org/11/debian-main-amd64/
libfluidsynth2_2.1.7-1.1_amd64.deb.html[1]

I then installed it via Ubuntu's QApt Package Installer, then I was able to 
install Andreas' 
packages!
