I have been looking around a bit for possible drda client alternatives for the future. I have two open source hits.
1) For ODBC I came across, OpenDRDA http://opendrda.sourceforge.net/ ~ This project is still in the prealpha stage and has been silent for ~ the last couple of years. I am not sure how far along they are.
2) For JDBC I see JTOpen which provides a DRDA client for AS400. http://oss.software.ibm.com/developerworks/projects/jt400
Has anyone had any experience with either of these or do they know of other DRDA clients that might be good alternatives?
Thanks
Kathey
