Need to add documentation for derby.language.logQueryPlan=true.

derby.language.logQueryPlan
Function:
When this property is set to true, Derby writes the query plan information into
derby.log for all executed queries. This property is useful for debugging to
know what query plan was choosen by the optimizer.
