JIRA/derby usage question - how to mark "not a bug"?

I am very new to JIRA and very likely missed someting.  I wanted to 
close out DERBY-145 as not a bug, but could not find the right status. 
I am used to there being a "not a bug" status to close out a
bug.  I didn't see one when I was trying to close out DERBY-145.  Did
I miss somthing?

I picked "will not fix", though was thinking about picking "invalid", 
what is right here?
