NOTE: possible svn error due to recent additions to tools/java

Hello derby-dev'rs,
If you get either or both of the following errors while running 'svn 
update':

svn: Failed to add file 'tools/java/jakarta-oro-2.0.8.jar': object of 
the same name already exists
svn: Failed to add file 'tools/java/javacc.jar': object of the same 
name already exists

Please remove your copy of these files to allow subversion to replace 
your copy of these files with the copy that has been checked into the 
subversion repository.
