This fix to the dita.xml file for the website:
- corrects the manual id of the Reference Manual
- Adds a section on naming conventions for DITA files
- Adds a section on contributing patches to the DITA files
- corrects the svn checkout command
- provides a more accurate link to the SourceForge DITA Toolkit version 1.0
