[ http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-219?page=comments#action_62747 ] Jack Klebanoff commented on DERBY-219: --------------------------------------
The bug affects any subquery. So select * from (select * from tab1 intersect select * from tab2); fails in the same way that as the query that used a view. > EXCEPT/INTERSECT fails in views > ------------------------------- > > Key: DERBY-219 > URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-219 > Project: Derby > Type: Bug > Components: SQL > Versions: 10.1.0.0 > Environment: Linux 2.4.20-31.9 > java version "1.4.2_02" > Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2_02-b03) > Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.2_02-b03, mixed mode) > Reporter: Bernt M.
