Attached is a patch for Derby-233: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-233
This patch puts the correct Apache copyright notice to the top of the java files, and cleans up inappropriate IBM/Cloudscape references in the documentation and source. Sending as an attachment, as the files do not yet have svn:eol-style native set on them. When attaching the patch, tell patch to ignore line-endings. I will set svn:eol-style to native on these files once the patch is committed.
If there are no concerns, I would also like to check this patch into the trunk and 10.0 shortly.
