The classes BasicUUID and BasicUUIDFactory in the package
org.apache.derby.client.am are pretty much cut-and-paste from
org.apache.derby.impl.services.uuid. Once we fix DERBY-289, we should put the
UUID code into the shared package and eliminate this redundancy.
