Jira seems whacked

I just now resolved DERBY-272 as "fixed", but none of our version 
entries appear to be in the system, though our components still are.

Also I can't open a new issue. After hitting the Next button for "Step 1 
of 2: Choose the project and issue type" I get "An exception occurred: 
java.util.NoSuchElementException."

I'll report it to infrastructure.
