Thanks Andrew. I did not see a real need to update the sample output
as it was still valid for the DB2 driver. Guess I should have asked.

Currently, the Network Server demo programs require the IBM Universal JDBC Driver (JCC) for client functionality. The demo should be enhanced to also support using the Derby client driver.
