Hi Andrew,

Is it possible one of these new files for this issue
did not get committed?  I have run an svn update
several times, and the tdevpreupgrade.dita file
doesn't show up.

I have a patch almost ready for Derby-380 (doc review
for the devguide), and it needs to patch that file
already.
