apache icla

I faxed my icla to Apache a month ago, but I haven't turned up on the 
contributor list at the bottom of the committer page 
(http://people.apache.org/~jim/committers.html). So I mailed in a fresh 
icla last Thursday. Again, I haven't turned up on the contributor list. 
Does anyone know how to get this process unstuck?
