I reviewed DERBY-352 and don't think it is appropriate to backport to
the branch. It is a mini feature which I believe is more appropriate
for the next major release rather than a bug fix release. It also
has slight behavior changes which will cause some applications to
get errors where they did not previously (I believe the new
implementation is correct and necessary if we are to not materialize
the clob, but would rather have application behavior change in new
major release rather than bug fix release).

I have the following additional fixes for 10.1.2 for the new candidate
** Bug
* [DERBY-643] - Eclipse Derby doc plug-in: Resources page points to
the incubator site instead of db.apache.org
* [DERBY-650] - Hyperlinks in demo/demo.html are broken
* [DERBY-652] - Documentation and demos have incubator references
* [DERBY-657] - Release archives should have executable bits set for
scripts and text files should have proper line endings.
Are there any additional showstoppers anyone has pending before I make
the new release candidate?
Thanks

Hi Kathey,
Can we port Sunitha's fix for DERBY-352 to 10.1.2? I had an OutOfMemeory
Exception. Please see the JIRA entry DERBY-661 for details.
Thanks
