So, maybe she doesn't have developer status?
The new jars would be the 10.1.2 release candidate. I just went ahead and closed the bug.

I get the Resolve option on the left when I view the bug in JIRA. If
you still are not seeing it on the page you get for the bug, I can
resolve it for you. Please let me know what the applicable fix state
and/or versions should be.
