Client/server compatibility testing is performed as part of suites.All,
provided the derbyTesting.oldReleasePath property has been specified. Test
cases can be added to functionTests/tests/compatibility/JDBCDriverTest.java,
and the test itself should be run by invoking the _Suite class in that
directory via JUnit.
