I have started but not completed my buddy testing and will move it over
to the RC instead of my sandbox. We used to always do buddy testing on
the RC but ended up with too many RC's. There are definite advantages
though to using the actual doc and bits so I think if others are still
buddy testing it would be good to move over to the RC.
