Hi, all. I just attached a proposed implementation of the code sharing
framework to the JIRA issue DERBY-289. Please take a look (those of you
who are interested), send out your comments/concerns, we can discuss,
and I can make changes as need be.
The goal is to refine this through discussion and then hold a vote.
