JDBC 4.2 changed the datatype of two columns in the ResultSet returned by
DatabaseMetaData.getIndexInfo(): the CARDINALITY and PAGES columns. We should
include a release note to warn users about this change. The JDBC 4.2 work was
done under DERBY-6000.
