Looks good to me. +1 Nits: Maybe the new method "invalidateDroppedTempTable"
could be renamed to "invalidateAndCleanupDroppedTable", since it doesn't only
invalidate but also does the cleanup? The new test method refers to the JIrA
using non-std syntax: DERBY_6189 (underscore).
