Attaching derby-6202-02-aa-fixUpgradeBug.diff. This patch fixes a bug which was
introduced by the previous patch. The bug surfaced in the upgrade tests when
you start with a 10.6 database and upgrade it, along the way dropping a column
from a table which has a trigger. I am running tests now.
