Adding log of changes to the 10.8.3.1_testcompat branch. This branch allows
10.8 tests to run with 10.10 for compatibility and upgrade testing and is
generated with svn log . --stop-on copy.
The changes to the branch show issues that may impact existing applications.
I discovered two release notes that needed to be added and filed issues for
these as DERBY-6187 and DERBY-6209.
Other issues listed in the change log might affect existing applications, but
sufficient release notes have already been supplied.
