Thanks, Knut. I have just sync'd with your latest changes. I see the
deprecation warnings. They look like the ones I cleaned up in DirFile and
JarDBFile, so I'm going to clean them up in my next patch. There was indeed a
conflict in the build file for org.apache.derby.iapi.jdbc. I am going with my
change (changing the compile classpath to java16compile.classpath) and will see
what happens. I'm also seeing the following error, which I plan to clean up in
my next patch too:
