Rick, the link you refer to describes a four number version scheme for
Cloudscape as it used to be; I believe we should reword this now both in this
page and in the code to better reflect reality. For example, "fixpack" is now
"maintenance release", and the "point" is a "release candidate" number. The
code uses the alpha label for sysinfo jar unless we are producing a release
candidate. Perhaps it would be best to keep the alpha label (so that all
builds except a release build) have that label, and drop the beta designation
both in code and in documentation?
