derby-5840-19-aa-ddutils.diff fixes a warning in DDUtils and removes the
SuppressWarnings annotation that silenced it.
The warning is caused by code that clones a Hashtable by calling clone() and
casting the result to Hashtable<String,Integer>. Since Object.clone() has not
been generified and returns a plain Object, that cast is unchecked.
The fix is to clone the object by calling Hashtable's copy constructor instead.
That is, replace
(Hashtable<String,Integer>) deleteConnHashtable.clone()
with
new Hashtable<String, Integer>(deleteConnHashtable)
All tests ran cleanly with the patch.
