Attaching a patch for this issue which includes a couple corrections to the
test.
The new test tests UCASE of lower case i with a dot. and LCASE uppercase i
with a dot rather than.
values FMTUNICODE(UCASE('I'));
- values FMTUNICODE(LCASE('i'));
Presumably that was an issue with the old format.
