Attachment: derby-1984-04-a.diff
Attaching derby-1984-04-a.diff, which collapses the Driver class hierarchy in
the embedded driver.
- All the functionality in Driver20, Driver30 and Driver40 is moved to
InternalDriver.
- Driver20, Driver30 and Driver40 are removed.
- Functionality is moved from AutoloadedDriver40 to AutoloadedDriver.
- AutoloadedDriver40 is removed.
- Tests that check the name of the auto-loaded JDBC driver are changed to not
expect the "40" suffix.
All the regression tests ran cleanly on Java 6 and Java 8.
