As the grant/revoke tests have been converted to junit, I wondered if something
really simple could be done, so I added the current grantrevoke and
grantrevokeddl tests to the UpgradeRun class similarly to how the
DatabaseMetaDataTest is getting run (except only for releases > 10.2), but that
resulted in errors like: ERROR 42Z60: GRANT not allowed unless database
property derby.database.sqlAuthorization has value 'TRUE'.
So doing something like that would need a little more work.
