Bug Fixing for 10.10.2

Thank you everyone for triaging the open bugs.  Here is the current list

All in all for  the project we have 526 open bugs.  As I recall, this  
number has been hovering above 500 for years.  I think we can at  least 
get this well below 500 during the  10.10.2.0 time frame.

Over the last 300 days we have been resolving on average  40 issues 
(bugs and non-bugs) per month and staying slightly ahead of new issues:

The resolution time report is also interesting with generally long 
resolution times. I think this is a combination of fixing long standing, 
hard to fix bugs and also closing out issues that we won't fix or cannot 
reproduce, both of which are valuable.
