Hi,
I am making the following changes and am re-attaching the patch
1) Adding of copyright notices
2) reformatting code
Also I have faxed and sent my ICLA by post to apache.
I am waiting to hear from Apache regarding my ICLA. I have faxed the ICLA a
couple of times and also mailed(snail-mail) it to them
I have also sent follow up email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and am waiting for a
response from them.
