The description is (always was) inaccurate; there was a test called
derbynet/timeslice.java.
This test has since been converted to junit and was added to
derbynet.NetworkServerControlApiTest (see DERBY-3832).
However, it should be verified that the issues caused by the bug described in
DERBY-1856 are detected by that test, and if not, tests for that need to be
added.
