Myrna van Lunteren resolved DERBY-6173.
---------------------------------------

    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

I think this issue has not been seen again.
I think it was possibly something strange on the particular machine this test
was run on; for a while the 10.10 (windows) tests ran on a virtual machine on
which we saw this kind of failure. We have not seen 'connection reset' errors
since we moved the tests to a different machine.
Why the connections got reset has remained unexplained.
