I think Knut posted his blog entry (now at
https://blogs.oracle.com/kah/entry/user_defined_collation_in_apache) before the
refined collation strengths (PRIMARY, SECONDARY, etc.) were added to the
collation attribute? It seems to me as if the main thing we need to add to the
docs is the last section, beginning "If you want to define your own custom
ordering." Does that make sense?
