I just did a build last night, although the build.xml file from Jeff is
a bit strange, so I went with the current svn build.xml.

I can't currently reproduce it on my own machine, but I know I've
seen this before. Could you please open a JIRA issue for this, for
tracking purposes? Please make a note of the platform, Ant version,
full JDK version, and any relevant machine info (like total physical
RAM).
