Committed patch DERBY-6369.diff to documentation trunk at revision 1529971.
Merged to 10.10 doc branch at revision 1529978.
Will file another issue if it makes sense to remove the "Parameters to
getProcedureColumns" topic and make a more general statement about catalog
parameters in the higher-level topic.
