For what it's worth, I checked old saved test run summaries from my nightly
runs, and this occurred for the first time on trunk/windows, ibm 1.6, with
10.10.0.0 alpha (1351552), in June 2012.
The next occurrence was in March of this year, 10.10 branch, windows, ibm 1.6
with 10.10.1.2 (1460509).
Since then, it has failed about a dozen times on trunk, about equal times
windows and linux, mostly with ibm 1.6, but twice with ibm 1.7.
