This is the result of my commit for DERBY-2446, I did not see any response on my question, and when I followed the links from the testing page I did not see the compatibility tests listed (probably I was looking in the wrong place) so I finally went ahead and deleted the juniTests directory, including the compatibility suite.
Should I put them back?
