At the time this problem was seen, there were many intermittent failures in the
nightly tests that later turned out to be caused by left-over processes from
earlier test runs. I think it's a reasonable assumption that this problem had a
similar cause.
The failing test was removed in DERBY-2446.
Marking the issue as resolved. Assigning it to Rick, who checked in a fix.
