DERBY-6389  Update adminguide's list of differences between client and embedded

Modified 4 Admin Guide and 2 Reference Manual topics and the Admin Guide map 
file. Need to do a follow-on patch to remove an Admin Guide topic and update 
another Reference Manual topic.
