Attaching DERBY-6462-3.diff and DERBY-6462-3.zip (the actual files changed are
the same as in DERBY-6462-2.stat). The changed language is a little different
from what I had proposed, but I think it is now consistent over the various
topics. Hope I got it right.
Please let me know if further changes would be helpful.
