Attaching a second rev of the patch,
derby-6496-01-ab-useClassFactoryContext.diff. This rev makes the two cases in
the test symmetric. The test failed when run in the full suite, probably due to
a test-case ordering issue. I will re-run the tests.
Touches the same files as the previous rev.
