The 10.10.1.4 version number is like a place-holder. That fix-in version in
JIRA will get updated to the actual release's version when we have one.
The Derby community is working towards both a 10.11 release and 10.10.2 release
(based on the 10.10 branch state at that time), but for both there are no dates
available.

One of the steps in publishing a release is adding the release to a maven
repository (see: http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/derby/), so they'll
be there if/when the release, testing, and voting process is completed.
