Uploading a patch for this conversion; I also removed two apparently unused
script files (not wired into derbylang.runall):
{color:blue}joinDeadlock.sql1{color} and {color:blue}joinDeadlock.sql2{color}.
Regressions ran ok with the patch, please review.
