Attaching a patch and the actual file for the third draft of the release notes.
It has the following changes:
- now says 10.10.2.0
- I changed the heading 'Issues' to 'Issues of Special Concern' and moved it to
above the more General Bugs list
- I maintained the split between documentation and test and other bugs.
Although this was a manual manipulation, it seemed folks liked this.
- I changed the category of a couple of test bugs because the fix was in source
code, not test.
- I removed the test bugs. It's attached here as a separate file, which won't
get checked in anywhere.
- I fixed up the release note for DERBY-6209 and DERBY-6383
- I modified the list of fix versions for DERBY-4280 and now it shows up.
